Now is the time for Sustainable Restaurants

In a world... where almost half of the food produced goes in the garbage-- where people spend thirty percent more on energy than they need to-- where water is wasted with impunity-- a solution is emerging. That world is the restaurant business and the time has come to put it on track towards benefiting the environment-- not plundering it.
